from the angle shots you take its hard to tell, but it looks like you're making good progress. I can see noticeable changes in your deltoid area which is good bc chicks dig big shoulders... trust me on this one! Keep up the good work bro and I hope to post progress pics soon. I am waiting for my next leaning phase to post pics bc I've been gaining for the past year. I'll let you know when they're up. Keep it up man!

Jamie, great changes since your last pics bud. Keep working on that waste line and widening/thickening those lats and you'll be set. To me, your best pose from your progress pics is your side chest shot, very impressive. Once you're able to thicken up your chest a little more and drop your BF levels down you will be some mean competition. Congrats!

(this is continued from the last message which ran too long). Now all you have to do is trim down your waste line while working on your lats for that V-Shape bodybuilders..and girls.. love. Also, your front double biceps pose looks ALOT better, so good job practicing your poses, it has paid off. my boy! Nice profile pic, definitely can see huge progress from the last time. Amazing gains in your upper body, your shoulders look solid with a clean sweep into your vastly inproved chest. Your traps look huge and your biceps have defintely come a long way. I can see your midsection tightening up which is a good sign, can also see the outline of some serious abs underneath.
