I've been lifting all of my life. In high school I competed in powerlifting. My first semester of college was pretty rough. I partied often and didn't give a care about what I ate. Next thing I know I was definitely putting on some weight. I decided to do something about it after my first semester went by. So I've been lifting hardcore ever since.
Why I Love It:
The art of being able to transform my body to where I feel confident in everything I wear from swim wear to dress attire. It makes me strive to better myself and the thrill of competition is unmatched.
How I Stay Motivated:
The idea of showing up on stage looking like a marshmallow. I want to be in the best shape possible which makes those few extra sets and reps all worth while despite the pain.
BB Accomplishments:
Jimmy Coby Classic 2008 - 6th

Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.
Getting bigger, stronger, and better looking than ever before!
Goal (Long):
I've grown up watching sports all of my life. I used to be a huge wrestling fan and have always wanted to look like them. Shawn Michaels has been my favorite and I can remember wanted to look like him, I mean, he WAS the Heart Break Kid. One of my short term goals is to get jacked enough to where I can dress as the Hulk for Halloween and actually be able to feel out the part. Lou Ferrigno did a great job playing the Hulk, and I'd like to be able to do the same. Secondly, I want to compete and win the Texas A&M bodybuilding competition, and then go on to compete in other shows and eventually the NPC Championships. My goals are to increase my measurements by 3/4 of an inch every month and get to where I have around 20in arms and a 49-51in chest.
For starters, begin diet 12 weeks out. Maintain low bf % levels throughout the year, but still work on making gains during the offseason. I started my carb load phase too early. Next time I need to keep right on dieting up until the wednesday before a saturday competition. Follow Franco...
Thanks for the comment, bro... potential may be there, but mass sure isn't (yet). We'll see where I'm at this time next year... *grin* Will probably find a way to pick up some more "creative" stuff between now and then, anyway.
I've said it once, and I know i will say it again but, Thanks for the support. I still have people ask why do I continue to put myself through all this and they continue to doubt me. I'm ready to see new some new pics the closer you get to Mr. Texas A&M.
Great avi pic bud. Great pose. Those lats, chest and bis are really showing some size, tone, and mass. The quads look pretty good too. Keep up the hard work. Good luck in meeting your goal!
