How I Started:
I wanted to lose weight, I got up to about 260, without the use of weights if you know what I mean, skittles and Dunkin Dounuts, so I bought a total gym and started to hit it hard, reading Flex magazine I learned what I needed to eat and what not to eat and lost the weight quickly. I grew out of the total gym very quickly and eventually joined the Gold's Gym up the street from me. Workin out there I got to see a lot of really huge guys, and some really fit gals. I even got to work out with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson once, well not with him, but we were both workin, legs that day(he's huge). I wanted to be the biggest freak in the gym and I have been at it ever since. Couple of injuries have set me back a couple of times and have learned a lot.
Why I Love It:
I love the feel of the pump, as the muscles swell, the skin starts to stretch you can see all the little muscles bulging through the skin. I love the feel right after a work out, the feeling of accomplishment after I have pushed it to the limit, the fact that it's hard to walk after a leg workout, or not being able to lift my arms after a shoulder work out, or my byceps cramping from the weight. I love the feeling.

I don't train at either, I am in Pompano Beach. Not far form the Ft. Lauderdale gym...I am glad you like the goal...I was sitting here thinking about it, and that is what I came up with:)
Its going pretty good. Trying new cardio routines to get the weight off faster. I'm about to get assessed for CROSSFIT. Have you heard of it? Sounds like extreme cardio training! thanks for asking!
