spring85sigma Thanks for the blog feedback! I will suffer through the last week of this rehab and then begin going light. The cardio is no where near what I was doing before the injury. spring85sigma Thank you sir! I wish listed the item so I know where to find it when I am able to order it. I am certainly going to try it. The arm and shoulder is healing, but its surprisingly slow. Even at my advanced age, I generally heal pretty quickly! LOL! I guess the impingement was worse than I thought! Thanks again! I hope you had a great day! May 3, 2012 8:31pm

spring85sigma Thanks for the blog comment. As far as the shoulder and arm, it's been stretching and rehab exercises to strengthen the rotator cuff and improve the muscle imbalances that caused the problem. When I'm not so busy that I forget, I take 2 aspirin and with one Tylenol. I have been trying to get this in every 4-6 hours, but have managed only one dose this morning and one this evening. LOL! Thanks for the encouragement and you keep pushing on those workouts...MOST INSPIRATIONAL! May 1, 2012 8:46pm
