How I Started:
I decided to play football my freshman year of high school. Leading up to preseason, I went to the high school weight room and picked up a weight for the first time. Sophomore year I got serious and put on a lot of strength, and by junior year I was the strongest guy on the team. After my junior football season, I took interest in overall fitness and bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after a workout when my body is wrecked and starting to rebuild. I feel like I have accomplished something after every lift or cardio session.
How I Stay Motivated:
Evaluating weak points in the mirror, looking at the pros with freaky size and conditioning in fitness magazines.
