You may not have seen some of the responses on the MT group page to your question. Here's one from me: My trainer gave me this one to target my tiny upper lats--use a double-cable station with the stirrup-shaped hand grips, cables feeding from overhead. Kneel with your arms/cables crossing in front of you and your hands palms-away (thumbs down). Pull your hands to your shoulders, elbows out. Finish rep by returning to the crossed-arm position.

lookin for a good back workout. Pullups are always the best way for mass and strength. Try to do 25, either all at once or in multiple sets. Follow up with some bent-over rows, close grip lat pulldowns, seated rows, and deadlifts. This made my back explode when I was doing it.
