What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
i will read a workout book or think about how big i can get
Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?

You may not have seen some of the responses on the MT group page to your question. Here's one from me:
My trainer gave me this one to target my tiny upper lats--use a double-cable station with the stirrup-shaped hand grips, cables feeding from overhead. Kneel with your arms/cables crossing in front of you and your hands palms-away (thumbs down). Pull your hands to your shoulders, elbows out. Finish rep by returning to the crossed-arm position.

lookin for a good back workout. Pullups are always the best way for mass and strength. Try to do 25, either all at once or in multiple sets. Follow up with some bent-over rows, close grip lat pulldowns, seated rows, and deadlifts. This made my back explode when I was doing it.
