Hey Brother, that's awesome, I can imagine the excitement. I am actually leaving this afternoon for London, to do some construction work for a missions facility there. Pretty excited myself. There are 13 of us total, keep us in your prayers this week.

You are so right. So many people take these things for granted. I am so glad you have this kind of perspective. I am very well thank you. The doc cleared my ankle, so I will be easing into training with it :) Was your day good?
Oh, so glad your back is better! I'm sorry to hear it is so hot - but so happy you'll be getting a change of scenery soon! Thanks so much for stopping by to say hi! You know it is always a pleasure for me when you do!
I can imagine the pain as well as the gratitude. You are blessed, I have buddies that I played with at USAFA Prep that are about to get sent to their assignments. So I can somewhat understand. Keep seekin The Lord and he will not lead you astray.

Training is going well. I gained a couple of pounds since my last weigh in, but on the good side my body fat percentage went down another 9 tenths of a point. must have gained lean muscle. I praise god daily for the strenght he has given me. Keep up the good work, and thanks.
I know you are easy going, but it does happen with some people believe it or not! The ankle is better - I'm going to follow up with my regular doctor now that I'm home. I just got in a few hours ago, and am taking a break from the driving :) this week is still busy trying to tie up loose ends of the term that ended and then to be all set for next fall - paperwork, etc. I am looking forward to training and sleeping, and eating more regularly, lol
oh, please accept my apology for the delay in replying. This last week of finals, and having fam visit for a graduation, and packing and moving back home just really made it impossible for me to say hello. I'm so sorry. I appreciate that you didn't let that hinder you in leaving nice msgs for me during this rough week - I appreciate them all
I miss talking to you too! and thank you so much for the great compliment - you guessed correctly - it's Lara, lol! I am so glad things are going well for you - that'll be awesome when you get home - I hope you'll still get to visit me. Thanks for remembering the ankle, and the other stuff - I am better - I've been training the last 4 days!
