I got started when I was 17. I went with a buddy of mines to Gold's Gym in Ct and after that I fell in love with weightlifting. I have been off and on a lot of times because of the military and than I had my son so know I am getting back into the game and more focused than ever.
Why I Love It:
I love BB because I get to go above and beyond my limits if it's a good day and I have the man who made BB famous, inspirational and motivating Arnold Schwarzenegger for a lot of why I go into the gym and get real serious and determined.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated thinking about my son, college and my future and health.
BB Accomplishments:
My major BB accomplishment was building up my calves with my body I can admit I had the skinny legs but I pertain back to Arnold same way but he determined to get his calves bigger and better than ever.
I am three weeks into training and I am doing over 700 lbs and overcoming a shoulder tear 3 months ago. I can't do squats unfortunately since I can't put the bar on my upper back because of the injury but I still train my legs on machines
I want to gain 20 to 30 lbs of lean muscle but still gain mass
Goal (Long):
I have always been a big Arnold Schwarzenegger fan all my life and being half European/African American I have bodybuilding genes pouring out of me so I have always like his physique so I want to get my body the size of his but with the gains and cuts.
