I had just started double cardio about a month ago and have seen some significant results. i was 11.2%bf at about 205lbs and now i am at about 10.2% 195lbs.

I start out with 30-34 mins of morning cardio then later in the day i do my weightlifting and an additional 30mins of cardio.

Optimum 100% Whey Protein, 5 Lbs., Delicious Strawberry
