What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Lo-Carb...I eat about 100-150 carbs a day. I do not watch anything but, Carbs and Protein. Meat and vegetables (green), and sugar-free groceries...stay away from high fructose corn syrup.

Drop sets on Hammer curls from 85lbs drop to 30lbs. 8 Heavy to 12 Light.
