Thanks for adding. I did my biceps on the chest-day and my triceps on the back-day (3-splitt). For biceps I do: EZ-Bar-Curls, Hammer-Curls, and Concentration-Curls. For triceps: Close-Grip Bench-Press, Pushdowns (EZ-Bar, Rope and reverse). All with dumbbells or cable, 3 sets per exercise a 6-15 reps. Sometimes a do reduction-sets or pure burn-sets with high reps... May the growth be with you!!!
