Looking at all these ripped guys waliking around..lol...not really. I just want to look and feel the way I used to. I have always wanted to get into body-building I just was to lazy..lol!
Why I Love It:
It's very hard work..but extremly rewarding. There's a certain feel of accomplishment!
How I Stay Motivated:
When my wife pats me on my butt and says NICE....lol! Really just looking at my 3 boys....pushes me to keep at it!
BB Accomplishments:
I've always been fast, adjile, and strong for my size...now I want to look the Part!!!!

In this pic I was 270 lbs. I had lost 20 lbs since June 6th, but I still gotta ways to go!

Lose 10 lbs by December 25th
Goal (Long):
I want to customise my body...you might wanna say! I want to gain girth in my chest, traps, tri's and bi's. I was 290lbs in July and now I'm down to 269lbs( October 27th). I want to get back to 220-225 range(September 25, 2008). I also want to be able to run 5 miles non-stop. Not just so I can look better or feel better about myself, but so that I can be around for my kids and their kids!

Working hard,trying to keep up with the holiday season,to much food and parties....Cardio is the way to go,mix in some weights to balance things out or maybe change up your diet which is what I'm doing...good luck!!!!!

There is so much,I'm a fan of the Labrada products , tastes great,low carb, little sugar and the plus of low fat.You should find a nutrition center and talk with the rep they will be able to help you find what's best,try different brands until you get something you like,it can get pretty pricey,stick with a good multi-blend protein and try a CLA,it helps burn fat and promote muscle growth,also try BSN products and there is a product page on this site,I hope this helps.
