Behind Neck Press 4 sets of 6-8
Upright Rows 3 sets of 8-10
Leaning Lateral Raises 4 sets of 8-10
Bent Laterals 3 sets of 6-8
Barbell Shrug 4 sets of failure
Bent Cross Cable Row 3 sets of 8-10
Situps 3 sets to failure
Side Cruches 3 sets to failure
