How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
6-12. Depends on if I am going for size or cut.

Depends on the type of exercise and how heavy I am lifting. Anywhere from 30 seconds to 4 minutes.

I want you to know and believe that you are doing great and can achieve your fitness goals. Following a great exercise, cardio and nutrition program helped both myself and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) lose weight and get into the best shape of our lives and in only 12 weeks.
