How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
6-12. Depends on if I am going for size or cut.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Depends on the type of exercise and how heavy I am lifting. Anywhere from 30 seconds to 4 minutes.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
No ones, I want my body to look how I want it to look.
