Eating Clean as Possible Lifting hard and doing 45 minutes of Cardio. Hope to see some progress in a few weeks.

Knee is feeling a little better. Doing Ball Squats One legged Leg press and walking lunges at Rehab now.

I wish that I looked as good as I feel. Can't run yet but hoping to get there. My goal 195.

Knee still swollen a little Range of Motion is better not much pain as before. Riding the bike for an hour a day moderate weights.

Knee still swollen. Range of motion better. Time to add more resistance to my rehab. Going to be painful but I am loosing mass in my leg.

Last meal of the day 17:30 no gym today had to rest knee no gym tomrrow 24 hour duty will make up for it friday and saturday. Happy training

Sluggish Crapy workout tonight and my kneel is hurting. Maybe I am pushing myself to hard. New diet last meal of the day at 17:30

Noone or no comment can ease the pain that I am going through right now. I will leg press my way through this. That's most of my rehab.

Physical Therapy went well today. No strength in my left leg. Rebuilding phase. Followed by ultrasound and shock therapy.

Knee Pains are still there Swelling going down and starting to get a little range of Motion. Moving it around about ten minutes a day.
