How I Started:
My freshman year of high school, I joined the track team as a shot putter and discus thrower. The weight room was OUR domain. From there, my love for it just grew. I only wish my motivation was on par.
Why I Love It:
I love taking ownership of myself, my self esteem, my appearance and how others perceive me.
How I Stay Motivated:
The passion...the feeling of kicking ass in the gym.
