How I Started:
Through rowing. I began toying with weights in October 05, really picked it up in July 06, and became obsessed in Novemeber 06, trained heavy as a powerlifter. April 2007 I got a scholarship for Olympic weightlifting, and am now set on winning the second gold for Australia.
Why I Love It:
Because Im good at it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Think of the purdy shiny gold medal.

I have on goal, to win a gold medal, wether thats at London 2012, the one after, or the one after that, I will win it. This is the dream, I want to be snatching well over 8 rubbers (500lbs) and apprachin 10 rubber mark (610lbs) for the clean and jerk. BIg dreams, Im ambitious, i will do it.
