How I Started:
i played soccer for 8 years and had an injury looked to the gym for strength and recovery through friends and family i was hooked.
Why I Love It:
i love the feeling of my body changing and smashing goals makes me aspire to achieve more and more.
How I Stay Motivated:
set myself short and long term goals! this sport motivates me enough especially going through all the dieting and stepping on stage.

4th place IFBB Tasmanian Championships Teen Division.
