I want to wieght 230lbs of solid muscle with 6% bodyfat.
Goal (Long):
As far back as I can remember I have always wanted a nice looking body. I want a body that has good porportion, nice tone and good strong features. I want a wide back, chisled chest, big shoulders, bulging biceps, vascularity, powerful legs, and well rounded calves. I want to be big and strong on top but stronger on the bottom, be able to look sexy in tight shirts for my wife. I plan to accomplish this by eating better sticking with a hardcore weigth lifting routine from beging to end and to stay focused in the gym. I would like to max bench twice my weight and squat three times my weight and I want the endurance of a marathon runner.

Not much just lifting and trying to figure out this diet thing. It is pretty darn hard to eat so much tuna! Also I feel like I don't have enough energy to do cardio after I lift. maybe I'm lifting too heavy. What is your program like?
