Getting the buisness started up this year, anyone living in Vancouver want a proper personal trainer, just let me know.

Why I Love It:
Its like a release for me, I feel good after a workout.Its almost as if I've had sex.
How I Stay Motivated:
Checking out the juice monkeys at the gym, gives me a huge surge of energy to push me threw my sets.I am half there size but i push twice there weight.
So its a good motivational tool I use.

Where it all started.....That was my first full year of consistent training since high school.
Coming back hard....my conditioning was threw the roof, I may have lost strength after my motor cycle accident. But my conditioning was phenomenal at the time.
10km runs in under 30 minutes no problem. I was getting my times down to 26 minute in the 10 km run.
He is the father and I am the child!.........haha.....just kidding.
This guy has been into fitness for so many years. His progression photos are dated so far back, he never talks **** or disrespects anyone. Have never seen the guy wear a tank top or sleeveless shirt to the gym. He is a very humble and modest. have had the privilege of watching him take his training into the next level. 500 chars max is not enough, i would need 5,000 chars to say why this guy is an inspiration to me.
that sounds intense man. i'm going to look it up. unfortunately, i strained my hip muscle doing some overambitious weighted torso twists and now i'm being sidelined. frustrating. just reached some great goals too. gonna find the way to work around it. give me a chance to hit the guns heavy, right? you're looking jacked, bro. keep hitting it hard.
