Through a friend at school mainly because I was short and skinny. Have kept it up on and off ever since.
Why I Love It:
You cannot compare it to anything - So many benefits !!
How I Stay Motivated:
Fits and starts. Best motivation is often other people helping and keeping you going. Setting targets is a big one and also photos.
BB Accomplishments:
None but it goes hand in hand with my Ju Jitsu training - Ive won a couple of medals in this (ground fighting)
