well, too start off....... i think about all those times that i wasted eating junk food.... which i shouldn't of but i did and think about how much of a leaner and sexier body i could have......... And 2ndly the beach and girls movitvate the hell out of me:D:D:D:D

Not sure I am one to give out advice. If you want to bulk up and you keep hitting the gym I would keep my protein intake high 1-2g per lb and keep my carbs low unless your are going to be in the gym burning them off not soon afterward.
i agree.. we all love food and we all drool when we see people eating triple cheese burgers and super meaty pizzaz.. but because we know what we are trying to achieve, we stay on track.. My cheat days are either saturday or friday.. I Buy whatever i was craving the whole week. but most of the time, when my day comes, i dont crave nomo..
Saw your comment on the body group. All I can say about loving food is SO DO I!!! I have struggled, too. I suggest setting a time when you can have those things you love. It will give you a known timeframe you have to be disciplined. Hope it helps.
