Background

HOW I STARTED:

My dad has been doing it since he was 14 and was always in sports so it was in my blood from the start. But I have always been involved in sports but I got hooked on the gym when I was 15 also.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Healthy Body = Healthy Mind Because of that I have always wanted to keep healthy. It is also aids in getting rid of stress.
