How I Started:
I was just tired of not being pleased with how I looked in the mirror.The older I was getting the more weight I was gaining. It was very unhealthy plus I was losing myself.
Why I Love It:
The huge sense of accomplishment I get when I see my body going in the right direction. Physical fitness is a huge part of my life. I love the mental, emotional, and physical growth I go through.

Looking in the mirror.

Goal (Long):
Learn how my body reacts to certain foods, training, and supplements. Right now my focus is losing fat but I also want to know how my body responds to different macronutruient amounts and different supplements so I will be able reduce fat or build muscle in any particular body area.
He has the best natural build I've ever seen. He is a huge role model for anyone who wants to compete drug free. He proves that with hard work, dedication, and not a ton of rip off supplements a world class physique can be built slowly but surely. He's the real deal in my book.

Yea bro still doing a show. Maybe june and if not june augest. Dieting right now. For the june show.... sitting at a strong 280lbs bodyfat 12% or 13%. So yea man I'm doing great plan on hitting the around 240 or 250 maybe a lil heaver.
