Miss4x4 LOL, you would think that's the solution... but it's hard to find jeans tight in the waist and bigger in the legs. I HATE shopping for jeans. I wish we all could just wear workout clothes all the time ;) Nov 7, 2012 9:00pm

lssanchez they were correct when I was trying to build strength. I'm going for definition now. I use the smith machine, you probably use the barbell. I'm doing about 75lbs for 15 reps, 6 or 8 sets decline, incline or straight each...18 sets or 20sets. Oct 17, 2012 8:40am
