Get to 8% body fat. I used to be 8% body fat when I was 17, I was only 140 pounds then, so I really want to see myself at 8% body fat which means I should be around 182 pounds. Then I want to gain 16 pounds of lean muscle to be 198 pounds @ 8% body fat.
Got back into my cardio routine of the Heavy bag, 3 minute rounds at as fast a pace as I can handle, 1 min rest for about 30 mins all together. I think this is great for fat loss, but since I've only been doing it for a week I cant say for definate. For all those who want to do some cardio...
How much suffering can you handle? I found that I could get down to about 6-8% body fat by eating super clean with weight training and light cardio. I didnt start to suffer until I tried to get down to 3-5%.
Consistancy is the key. Do the whole weighed out 6 meals a day, lean meat rice and vegies thing. Take as many body measurements as possible tracking them from week to week then reduce your rice portions to continue fat loss.

yeah i just started lifting again after 2 years of lifting i stopped lost motivation after vacation and now 7 months later imstarting back and im ready to get huge and cut i was up to about 203 now im down to 175
