Squat: 335lbs

275+250+335=860

860/202= 4.257

anything above 5.0 is good, to know how much weight you need together by all three lifts, take your body weight and multiply it by 5.

Ex: 202 x 5= 1,010lbs

My goal is to get to a 5.0
