How I Started:
I got in to lifting seriously my senior year of high school. From August 1996 to May 2007 I went from 140 lbs to 190 lbs with no drugs. After seeing the results and gaining 2+ pounds of muscle per week I was hooked on getting big and looking good.
Why I Love It:
I love manipulating my body and reaching new heights in how lean I can get, size, and lifts. I am always trying new workouts and diets. I feel you have to. Try everything and if it doesnt work then throw it out....if it works then incorporate it in. At the same time....something I have learned recently that is very important is to make sure you give everything a chance to work before you stop it. Some diets/routines take time for your body to adapt to them and toget the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't stay motivated every day. The best way to keep motivated to me is to change my goals when I get burnt out and not be scared to take time off....I switch from trying to add mass and raise my lifts, to trying to lean up and look the best I ever have. Trying new things and changing my short term goal keeps my motivated. Keeping my goals realistic and short term helps also. I only compete against myself. Just keep getting better in one way or another.
BB Accomplishments:
No contest history...Just setting personal records on my lifts and acheiving a better more size and being leaner then ever before are my accomplishments.

Chest.......For chest, I usually do a total of 15-18 sets. I start with pressing exercises and heavy weight, as my strength fades later in the workout, I move on to Flyes and drop sets. My workout will switch between barbells and dumbells from one workout to the next, in no particular...
