Thanks for the props, BW. If you need help on the front, don't be afraid to post photos. There are lots of helpful people who will help you troubleshoot your lagging muscles. I used to have lots of problems with my delts myself. For pecs, my workout consists of Smith incline benches (about 30 degrees), incline db benches (45 degrees), decline db benches, and the occasional incline or cable fly. Short and sweet builds the meat.
