Hey Zobabe you were wondering about how to gain mass to your lats!! Well iv always done wide grip pull downs for width, and V-bar seated rows for fullness. Cable or dead weight watev u prefer more easier! its done wonders for me. Give it a shot n hope u see results

To b honest i was at lost when i heard the whole apples are good for staying cut. I can say that i ate an apple a day for 30 Days n my cardio and aeorobics increased my means greater than expected. b4 that i could only do 30-32 Pull ups now 40. I dont know if its entirly from apples mayb just bc i saw it in a Mag mayb it was jst u no "mental" then again i wasnt eating anything thats known for increasing strength. "Damn Jail food sucks" haha I call that my 30 day Jail diet lol..

Sup Man? Thanks for da Props!! Not bad yourself!! Just recently found out "Believe it or Not" APPLES are great form keeping your physique lean. If your like me not to lean haha..

I scratched that!! I mean im still considering it, but putting myself in harms way takes more than a couple of weeks to have a final decision. Like i said b4 i just turned 18, bout to grad!! and having A.K. rounds buzzing pass my head,is quite more than i want to bargain with lol..

I have talked to a recruit, signing up is quick process, answer a few personel questions!! Do u have tatts, uh any health problem ect. The ASVAB though takes up to 3 hours to complete.

Ya man alot people say bc of my height its easier for me to get up heavier weight, Cause of the "reach" i guess haha.. lol. Im short statured so i dont have far to push it lol.
