Please son. My girlfriend who ways 115 poundz ****s bricks bigger than your whole head! In the meantime, I'm pumping so much blood into my biceps on the curl machine that you have to move the **** over just to make room for them. I'm the one everyone stares out whyle I workout not you. I'm the one everyone whispers about to their puny friends when I come into the gym saying "ohhh, check this guy out, he's a badass". So please, don't even begin to try to give me workout advice.
Thanks for the reps man, I appreciate it. I dropped about 60 lbs in three months back in high school, ended up skinny fat with no muscle at all (140 @ 5'11") so it's been an uphill battle. It's hard to get discouraged sometimes cause I see other beginners with amazing bases but there's nothing I can do but train even harder then they are.

no not soon...I have plans to do the Fitness Universe in Miami in June...I would need to likely do one in May just before it...smaller and local....but trying to add size ot the arms and rear delts so when I lean out the legs my arms don't look too skinny...so I want ot prolong the off season as long as I can ;)
