My workout philosophy is simple- work smart and go hard. I like the science of working out, I like to know what's going on with my body. I like to know my physical limits. It is a lot easier to work hard (especially when you don't want to) when you have some evidence that sheds light on what you're true limits are.'
If you know what your limits are, reach for them- and settle for nothing less.

Right now my diet is really simple. Eat a lot of protein, and make sure I get the calories I need to grow. I'm doing a clean bulk, which puts my daily caloric intake at right around 3,500 calories. I go after this goal with the same intensity I go after with my workouts.
I eat every 2 hours I'm awake.
