Good to hear man. Where do you start? Strength, bulking, cutting? I'm starting to get my confidence back in my shoulder myself. I feel the itch to throw some weight around so I am playing a mind game with myself to keep my rep range high. I'm trying to get down to 205lbs. Trust me that requires low weight high reps!! LOL
