I'm starting to get my confidence back in my shoulder myself. I feel the itch to throw some weight around so I am playing a mind game with myself to keep my rep range high. I'm trying to get down to 205lbs. Trust me that requires low weight high reps!! LOL
Thanks for compliments im not that big lol your are huge and cut dude and i am just getting back my self just did basic push ups and what not but now i am finally able see light of a gym :D
Sorry bout the food poisoning and the wrist. I've been batteling this and that myself. I've adapted my training and decided to lose weight. Tricking myself to lighten the weights!
