When I started playing hockey my brother encouraged me to work. Just did push ups and sits ups at first.

BB Accomplishments:
Finally benching 160 again.(almost did 175 without thinking about it:P) Trying 165 two days after working my chest next so hopefully in about four days

PTSD is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. If you have serious anger issues, and have been traumatized, then this could be the cause. You may want to speak to a professional (I did and it changed my life).
