The hardest part of my life is breaking through the obstacles I place in front of myself, not anything other people do to me.
1. Make more time for meal planning and preparation.
2. Keep my legs as strong and resilient as possible through stretches and low-impact exercises.
3. Prevent further injuries through overall health improvements and research.
I'm pretty much happy with the muscle I have, I just want to see it.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Trying to lift too much weight so I could impress people; trying to look good for other people. Improper form.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Focus on perfecting your form before trying to increase strength. Injuries SUCK! Don't worry about what anyone else can lift / is doing. Focus on keeping your form, getting good intensity.
Not sure what my deal is, but I haven't done anything these past couple weeks. I don't know what it will take to get me motivated back into working out, but my usual tricks to psyche myself out just aren't working anymore.
it ain't easy transforming whatit took years to do is it. I know that feeling.I call it a work in progress, as should you as well. it is hard, but we'll do it
stay focused
isn't that too low on the calorie side? i am probably between 2300-2500 on most days. i don't keep great track and that is one thing that i need to start doing. the first month i didn't realy keep track but guess i need to change things up
thats cool. just let me tell you that they are addictive. how is everything coming along with the contest. i am stuck at 228-230 and can just not break through that weight. my workouts feel like i am getting stronger but no weight coming off. hope things are going better for you.
hopefully soon. but it cost money and seems like i never seem to have enough of it. lol. i want to get it done so i can start on other ones. do you have any work done?
