How I Started:
To compete on a higher level in highschool sports. Started of with plyo training of my legs to dunk a basketball and then joined Lifetime Fitness in MI and I became addicted!
Why I Love It:
I love endorphins releasing into my brain. I love smiling all day long. I love the seeing my body change. I love the lifestyle. I love the stamina.

BB Accomplishments:
Gaining 10 inches of vertical leap in a 3 month training program. Did it in my basement by myself. Talk about dedication and motivation. Dunked a basketball at age 15. Not bad for a white boy!

Hey, well... I don't recommend drinking. I do drink on special occasions but that is about it. The tolerance stays low and I can get a buzz fairly easy. This is also good as it saves money. You might realize drinking in not worth it soon enough, you are still young.
Look at all those pretty girls in your picture? You definitely don't need to drink! :)

hey my workout was decent yesterday it was a leg day so i did some squats, glute machine for the all important but and a few other things but i skipped out on the cardio

If you want to get in really good shape, you have to cut back on the booze. If you want to continue drinking, make sure you drink fast and on an empty stomach. Get buzzed on fewer calories.
The alcohol is loaded with cals, never mix drinks. I'd say stick with wine. The alcohol with shrink many things including; brain, muscles, and male organ. lol. It also, puts too much stress on your liver. Your liver already has a job processing supplements.
LOL. Thanks, I am sporting the smallest bikini I have ever wore this summer and it feels great. The funny thing is I was super skinny for years and I never dare where a bikini this small, but with the weight lifting I am coming into a whole new confidence :) Have a great day!
