How I Started:
Started working out to help my Judo training, then I started working as a Nightclub Doorman so my training started to get more and more.
Why I Love It:
Really enjoy working out putting my body through it and seeing the gains and changes you can make. Also I have a lot of friends who are competitive Bodybuilders and have enjoyed supporting them at competitions etc.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay focused by thinking of what I want to achieve in the gym, bigger lifts and a better physique, this is what I have been using to motivate myself whilst starting to diet and transform my body after a serious accident caused me to gain a lot of weight.
BB Accomplishments:
I have not achieved anything in bodybuilding as my main background is a power lifter/strongman, I won the Welsh power lifting championships at 145+ weight class and broke 4 welsh records and 3 British Records.
My Goal is to loose the body fat that I have gained. I would like to transform my body into an athletic physique.
Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to compete in strongman, so I have started to diet down to get an athletic physique.
I would like to be around 300lb in weight with low body fat, I'm hoping to gain strength or at least keep the strength level that I have now.
But seeing that my main goal is Fat loss and body transformation, I can always get my strength back up after achieving my goal, which i think I can do by Sept 2010, just in time for my trip to Vegas to see the Mr Olympia.
I know i can do it in this time frame, as I am totally focused and have a lot of support from my friends.
Having only trained in Powerlifting, I have now started to train with my friend who is a Welsh and British bodybuilding champion. i am now doing a two day split routine, basically I train Mon/Tues, Wednesday off then Thurs/Fri on Sunday I have just started back do event training for...
