Remember the Arnold book, History of BB? got me hooked on bodybuilding at age 15.
Why I Love It:
Love lifting heavy weight, growing, sweating, and competing. And is great stress reliever
How I Stay Motivated:
Attend WSM and other powerlifting meets. Will be at the Arnold Classic this yr.
BB Accomplishments:
Have competed only in powerlifting, but have won 1st place in the submaster and master level the last few years at the APF state meet here in Texas. Current lifts are as follows: Bench 400, Squat 610, Deadlift 615

im just about to start out with power-lifting and i would love to know a beginners routine or something like that, i need all the help i can get or if you know any good sites with information on it would help loads!
