I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you are proving that with hard work and dedication it can be. I look forward to watching your continuing progress. Keep believing & achieving.
Thank you! Training's going real good for me right now. I haven't actually weighed myself in a few weeks but I've been getting quite a bit stronger so I would imagine that I'm putting on some size. However little it may be, lol. I'm trying to put on as much mass as possible now that's it's starting to get cold out. I had no problem doing it last winter, I put on about 20lbs so I'm hoping I can do the same this year.
I wish I could move to Texas. It's hard to start from scratch though. Maybe if Im doing well in life by then. I hope all goes well with your gym. Thanks for being supportive. I hope you go to the national level and stomp it.
Either top of the light heavy or heavy. Im a short lil ****. Good to see u got your gym plans rollin. I def want to check it out. Let me know if your hiring any personal trainers to work at your gym. Good to hear your doing good.
