I played various sports pretty much everyday while growing up. Played Collegiate Tennis and after that was over, I still needed to do something active on a daily basis. Joined a gym and got hooked!
Why I Love It:
I just love working out everyday. Being competitive in nature challenges me to keep improving upon my physique.
How I Stay Motivated:
By constantly getting better. If you put 100% into something, and don't get results, there is no motivation to keep trying.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting Shredded! Nothing impresses me more on stage than a shredded physique.
Classic Push/Pull/Legs split. Intense with minimal rest between sets. I do as many sets as possible within an hour, then finish off with 10 minutes of abs and stretching. I train everyday until I feel I need a rest day...usually once every 10 days.
You have created an excellent physique through your hard work and determination and I wish you complete success in all of your contests. Keep pushing yourself to be the best that you can be.
Thanks man! The cutting progress is coming along nicely and I'm still making good gains. Train hard this next year and you'll do some damage at the Team U! I'm excited to see how it turns out this weekend.
