Reason: He is inspirational because it looks like he know a lot about the body and how it works. Also because he is very helpful, he as helped me out. and it just motivates me to have a better body.
Reason: Alex is disciplined and dedicated towards his goals. Great inspiration at contest and a nice guy to talk with. He inspires me to train my legs and bring them up.
