Jaddd Hey stew, just read your article about chest Ive been working out on my chest for 6 months barely any progress. Rest of my bodys doing great and so is my diet and protein and carbs. You said a 5 day workout (upper lower middle barbell strength and dumbell size day) Each has a max of 12 reps. Im looking for mass, is it gd 4me?
