How I Started:
I messed around with weights for years before I got serious. I started working out in college to gain weight and get stronger for basketball.
Why I Love It:
I love it for many reasons. I like the challenge, its really the only thing I do. Its a great stress-reliever and something that keeps me motivated.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think seeing results keeps me motivated. I have changed my apperance quite a bit.
BB Accomplishments:
I think lifting for several years consistantly and a 365lb bench press are two.

I used to be very skinny. Even at 30 years old I weighed 170lbs. I decided I was going to do something about it. I quit "messing around " with weights and got serious. I weigh 240 now and have maintained it for a while. I now want to get a little leaner. I'm going to add some cardio to my workout routine.
