I want to loose all the midsection fat I have. Tone my lower body, and explode my chest and arms.
Goal (Long):
When i wake up in the morning i want to look in the mirror and see a hint of my six pack just begging for a good workout, i want to have the vains in my arms pushing out of the skin, i want to be able to take my shirt off at the beach and see people admire my body, but most of all i want to earn every pound i muscle i gain, and i want the feeling of accomplishment on the first morning i wake to this goal.
