I just feel like i want to get alook bigger and bulk up, also i love to train and am very detimind towards it.
Why I Love It:
I feel that it relives me of stress and also i just like all the training. It makes me feel alot better after i have trained.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking around on this website, sticking to my rountine and just cause im want to get hugh. I find that when i look in the mirror i want to train more and more.

All of my life I have been wanting to have a body that I can be proud of. When I was a child I would look up to Superman and wish that I could be as strong and muscular as him. I don't want to settle for being average! I want to have a six pack (I know it's there somewhere) and feel confident around women. I want my arms to bulge from under my sleeves. I would like to be 200 pounds, with 12% bodyfat, and be able to do at least 350 on the bench press. I know with full dedication I can do this in the next 18 months!

I just put up a bunch of progress pics a new thread post and blog entry. Take a look and let me know what you think. About my pics my posture is way off because my legs are still weak and in the middle of rehab that will come in time . feel free to encourage critique advise comment general let me know what about my physique is coming along and what still needs work … etc hope to hear from you soon you can PM me or gmail me at doobzkhq@gmail if that is easier
