I started to lift light weights when i was in the eighth grade but was not serious about it.I started to get serious about working out more the summer before my junior year in high school. I was working out 5 days a week and by the time winter roled around i saw some major change. So i became addicted to the weight room .

The way i stay motivated is to keep going to the gym and seeing all the people that have the body I want. I go and see them and that makes me want it even more

I have always been a big guy but not always the strongest. I want that body that u can be proud of when you take your shirt off. i want my arms to look like they are going to rip my sleeves. Shoulders like softballs attached to my arms. Defined abs. But i want to do it for me not for anyone else.
Hey everyone it has been awhile since i have worte on here. A lot has changed in a little over a month. I am the strongest i have ever been and the most cut I have ever been and i have drop 15 poundsĀ and i feel great. I am amazed at how much my body has changed in the last month and I need to...
nah i dont squat that much i put in how much i squat 8 times and it just automatically put in a "calculated" 1 rep max. sorry im brand new to this site, i dunno how to fix that thing
If I were you I would maybe bulk for another couple months and then cut until you achieve the look you want. Keep in mind, for most it is easier to bulk, cutting takes patience.
Awesome bro, good to hear! Yeah, I love it! I am cureently taking a little break, but will be back on the stack in about 2 weeks. Makes such a huge difference.
Thanks a lot Zach! Lookin pretty solid bro. I can see you're an Animal fan, only way to go! I train abs 5 days a week, and kill em' with cable crunches, weighted crunches, and leg/knee lifts. Keep up the hard work bro!
