How I Started:
Basically I trained for over eight years strictly for hockey. My girlfriend started competing and since I was finished with hockey I started as well. I have been commited to bodybuilding since 2003. Just recently I've also gotten into powerlifting.
Why I Love It:
It's stress relief for me. The outside world is stressful, jobs, money, family, if people only knew about the positive endorphins released during training we could prevent alot of stress related illnesses.
How I Stay Motivated:
I strive to be better, as a lifetime athlete I always want to be at the top of my game.

Yeah Im doing the NPC Cali State in May, and there's another NPC show right before it called the Contra Costa that I want to do, but that means peaking for both within 2 weeks.

thats cool..i started lifting for hockey too, i didnt know that, i should have figured though, the Canadien thing and all haha jk i started playing when i was 3, arthritis ruined my chances of any future in it though. see you around the boards big pop
