How I Started:
I began to workout during high school mainly because I just didnt feel strong. I grew tired of dumb jock-type upper class men always looking down on me in the halls. I could always put up the same amount of weight as them, or better for that matter, i just didnt look the part. I knew how to train, I knew how to lift, but I did not know how to cut the fat.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is a sport of passion. I am drawn to things that take heart, determination, consistency, and over all will power to achieve. Bodybuilders are the only athletes in the world who are 100% responsible for the outcome of their goals. There is no team in body building. At the end of the day, if you look like shit, its your own fault. But, by the same token, if you look like Mr. America, you dont owe credit to anybody. They didnt lift the weight, did they?
How I Stay Motivated:
The best way for me to stay motivated is to get angry. I will usually hold up some magazine in the mirror or something as I look at myself. Then, once I realize that I look nothing like the pros on the pages, i get frustrated and work harder.

Its official. Enough messin around. Its time to drop the weight once and for all, and get swole... I went to this years iron man pro XX in L.A. Talk about motivation. There is nothing like a pro show full of striations and awesome pose downs. If you are reading this, keep watching. Im planning...

WASAH nice progress dude (looking back dork alert?) lol but koo dude,them arms,monsters when u get even slimer those arms gonna look like u ripped em off a dragon n wear them as bldy armour!!!!!!ppl are gonna wounder if they should slay u aswell n put ur arms on a trophy stand or dare to wear it on themselves:)

i don't see how u cant reach your goal atm the 5lbs is a really short term goal as my bday is only 3weeks a way now my main goal is to gain 45lbs by Xmas this year and get to 8%bfat im gonna try to get their even if i get to 225lbs with 10%bfat ill b happy as but 245lbs would b ideal

at im on some fat loss protein but that's nearly out now so basically bought a cheap protein til next week cause my mutant mass arrives im also on creatine thats about it atm gonna get some nitric oxide and some anabolic od or something like that soon
