I eat a lot of eggs and red meat, drink protein shakes and eat protein bars. just basically trying to pack in a lot of calories for the daily weight sessions. Cutting back on beer (most of the time) has helped.

I am taking a variety of vitamins and supplements as recommended by my trainer.
Multi Vitamin "The Ultimate One - Active Men" by Nu-Life North America. 1 per day.
Fish Oil 1200 mg. 1 capsule, 2 to 3 times daily
Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate 900 mg . 2 capsules 3 times daily.
L-Carnitine 750 mg. 1 capsule twice daily.
Green Tea 450 mg. 1 capsule twice daily.
GNC Men's ArginMax 500 mg. 3 capsules, 2 times daily.
Muscletech Nitrotech whey isolate. 2 scoops with 500 ml milk each morning.
Micronized L-Glutamine 5 g. Once daily, mixed in with whey isolate/milk drink in the morning.
Cellucor C4 Extreme (orange). 2 scoops with 800 ml of water
Muscletech Creacore (lemon-lime). 2 scoops with 800 ml of water.
