My family is my motivation. I want to live fuller, longer, healthier life with them!
I think whatever time you that you find your motivation. For me it was 2 years ago. I hit all time low as far as Health. My Dr. Had said i was a walking time bomb. I was 376 lbs I had High blood Pressure and i was pre-diabetic. I was medicated for both but decided i didn't want to rely on medications to fix my problems! I also have a family history of heart disease and Diabetes. SO IT WAS TIME! I also have 2 young children and a beautiful wife so i did not want to check out of this life early.
I started off with a hearth healthy Vegan Diet and some excercise. in that time i lost almost 40 lbs.then february of 2011 i started hit the gym and the weights but didn't concetrate on my diet as much. So for a while my weight fluctuated up a few and down a few and got the point that i was un motivated again with the diet again...i had gained about 15lbs of that bacK!? Thats when i found out about drew Manning and Fit2Fat2Fit program. NOV 14th 2011. At that point i weighed 345 lbs. Since then I've lost a total of 63 lbs. My total weight loss from when i started in April 2010 has been 94 lbs.
I restarted my workout and diets at this point just b/c i needed changed. Tweaked my diet a bit more and started the Kris Gethins Hardcore workout. as i stated now is the time where I will begin to really see my body transform. I can't wait to live my healthy lifestyle and keep up with my young family. Last sunday April 15, 2012 i weighed in at 287.8 and this sunday april 22, 2012 i weighed in at 282. (5.8 lbs loss this week!) can't wait to keep going and see what this challenge holds!
