Its not today :( Im so keen but I came down with a sore throat & cold yesterday!!! I had planned a heavy leg workout for today and was actually looking forward to it but I don't want to push it... I think its always a fine line and 90% of the time ur better off getting better so you can hit it @ 100%... Otherwise its been great Im really enjoying the program I'm doing now & hows ur training going?
