Thanks, I don't know exactly, I don't let myself get too fat, probably 12-13%. Ab tips hmmm, use added weight whenever you can, hit em hard but not long. Good luck mate!
I hit the gym hard today at lunch. I know I only get hour lunch yet I want to be there and be productive and not waste time. So far, so good, yet so lil time, I think I'm gonna' go back after work so then I can be satisfy. Well, you take it easy on your legs workout...I like doing legs a lot! In fact, I just did 450lbs. leg press, and 185lbs. barbell squats last Thursday;I think I should be doing legs tomorrow.
